Hi Kristy -- I have a blog for the same reason. I've been blogging since I was pregnant with Ben. My family lives in Louisiana but they feel like they really know Ben because they see pictures, videos, and read about him weekly. I'm currently using an Internet based program Blurb.com to make my first year of blogs into a bound book for us to keep.
